These conditions are intended to define the General Conditions of Sale between Damatri and the User, from the act of purchase to the various services provided by Damatri, such as payment methods and order delivery conditions.
The access and use of this website as well as the products and services available are subject to several conditions.
By using this site, you agree with the conditions of use of the site, which may be updated from time to time. We advise you to visit this page regularly to be aware of any changes that may have been made to the Conditions of Use.
Access to this site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend services without notice. We are not responsible if for any reason this website is unavailable for a particular period of time. Occasionally, we may restrict access to some areas of this website.
Damatri makes the necessary efforts so that the information presented is free of errors, namely regarding the characteristics of the products and respective prices, stocks and photographs. However, Casotas&Companhia is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any information available on the website. In case of doubt or clarification, the user can contact the Casotas&Companhia shop or one of the alternative means of contact available.

Orders
The User can place his order online at www.damatri.com
To complete your order successfully, certain personal details will be required such as your e-mail address
name, address, telephone number, etc. The User must fill in all the compulsory fields for this purpose.
By making an online purchase, the User expresses his or her full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, the prices and the description of the products included in this transaction. These general terms of sale shall be the only ones applicable between the two parties. In the lack of availability of the product, Casotas&Companhia is committed to
inform the User and refund the amount paid within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of knowledge of that unavailability.
Deliveries
For addresses in Portugal mainland delivery is made within 2 working days after dispatch of the order.
Azores, Madeira, Europe and countries outside Europe the estimated time of delivery is 5/8 working days (after shipping).
All order reception must be signed as proof of the same. Upon receipt, the customer becomes responsible for the order, even if the order is received by someone else at the indicated address.
If the customer makes a mistake in the address, does not pick up the order in the stipulated time or wishes to exchange a product, the return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. You should pick up your order within the stipulated time. If it doesn’t happen, your order will be returned to Casotas&Companhia and later we will contact you. We do not return the value of the order. We will reship the order to an address indicated by you. The shipping costs and taxes applied will not be returned and the costs of reshipping and return taxes will be borne by the client.
NOTE: DAMATRI is not responsible for presumable shipping delays by the Carrier (DPD) during Festive / Holiday seasons and or strikes of the Carrier. As well as in the current pandemic Covid-19.
Payment by entity/reference
DAMATRI has at your disposal the method of payment by entity and reference.
You can pay your purchases through the ATM network or through the Internet with the Homebanking service of your bank. The payment data is
generated after the order is completed, which are different depending on the payment method you choose.
DAMATRI reserves the right to cancel an order, if the client’s history shows previous orders
registered with the same payment method and not delivered due to client’s responsibility.
Pricing policy
Prices are to be understood in euros, taxes and fees included. All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate

Sizes and Dimensions
DAMATRI reserves the right to a tolerance of +/- 20% to 25% of the thickness of the wood advertised in the online shop, under penalty of the wood being a natural material that absorbs and loses moisture, so being and depending on the season of the year the wood may present a shrinkage or an expansion by thermal or humidity. However, this variation is perfectly normal and can never compromise the proper functioning of the article, nor its durability, and is not a reason for its exchange or return.
DAMATRI reserves the right to a tolerance of +/- 2% to 3% of the dimensions (casota/alpendre/totals/door/interior/exterior) and capacities,
of all the articles presented in the online shop. Also not being a reason for its exchange or return.
Cancellation/Exchanges Orders
Cancelling an order before processing/shipping:
1) The User may cancel the order of products without any associated cost, provided that these have not yet been processed, nor have been sent to the customer.
2) If the User places an order and wishes to cancel it, he/she should immediately contact our Customer Support Service and request the cancellation of the order via e-mail [email protected]. Only after this procedure is it possible to cancel the order. If the cancellation request is successful, the User will be notified by e-mail of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the User.
You will have to wait for an answer, in which it will be explained to you how we will proceed in relation to the situation of the order in question, within a maximum period of 15 working days.
You can exchange your order within a period of 15 days from the day you received the order completion email. To comply with the deadline, in case of exchange, the communication about the exchange of the purchase must be made before the end of the corresponding period. If the article arrives after the deadline, it will be returned to the client, after payment of the return postage. This communication should be made through our email ([email protected]).
You will have to wait for an answer, where it will be explained to you how you should
in case of exchange, in order to make a safe exchange.
If this exchange is not due to causes attributable to DAMATRI, such as exchanges by colour, size or other characteristics, or due to changes of opinion or error by the client at the time of purchase, the client should be responsible for sending us the products in perfect condition with the respective packaging intact, without any unjustifiable delay and within a period of 15 days from the day on which the order was given as completed. We do not accept exchanges or returns of items if the deadline exceeds the one mentioned.
DAMATRI will not be responsible for the shipping costs, except in foreseen exceptions (error in the packaging or defect in the item).
The client has the same deadline of 15 days (from the conclusion of the order) to communicate which new item he wants to exchange, if this doesn’t happen the item will be returned to the client, after payment of the shipping costs.
Right to not accept the order or cancel the purchase
DAMATRI reserves the right to cancel any order, even if already confirmed, in the following situations, exempt of
responsibility for any damages or costs:
– The product is no longer available (payments will be returned);
– The order is flagged by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;
– If we have evidence that the consumer is under the age of 18.
– If we detect that the price indicated on the website is wrong.
– If we are unable to deliver your order to your address
Privacy Policy

Intellectual Property
All the contents presented in this website are of exclusive property of DAMATRI.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The Portuguese law is applicable to the present General Conditions of Sale.
In the absence of resolution by agreement of the parties, any dispute arising from the General Conditions of Sale above mentioned will be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.

Casotas&Companhia stores the personal information you provide us in servers that are in a secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as credit card number) is provided on the payment web page, this is protected.
